I was one of the first RV campers of the season at Camp Lotus and the Canadian geese were still in camp. |

We stopped at this local winery tasting all of the wine they produced and I actually purchased 6 bottles. The growing season up here at this 3,000' elevation is shorter than Napa hence higher prices according to the vintner. |

They don't look related but where very friendly with each other. |

This is South Fork of the American River where Kathy and I rafted the day before. It is much wilder upstream. |
