The weather was very volatile when we
arrived at the Lake Louise RV Park. |
 |
The foot path into the Chateau along
a stream exiting the lake. |
 |
The back drop of the lake was hidden in
the clouds. |
 |
In spite of the inclement weather it
was beautiful. |
 |
Yours truly in front of the most
photographed lake in the world. |
 |
Linda enjoying herself but a bit
worried about rain. |
 |
The
Chateau flowers were impressive. |
 |
Linda's worries materialized.
What a deluge as we watch from inside the chateau. Had both rain
and hail. |
 |
I wanted to hike the 3 miles up the
mountain to the tea house for a high tea luncheon, but the weather was
not cooperating on this day. |
 |
We decided to go for the daily buffet
at the Victoria Room. |
 |
The food was the the best of any buffet
I have ever ate at. The Nova Scotia smoked salmon was to die for. |
 |
The buffet was a bit pricy at $50 per person. |

Linda dressed up in a rain jacket on
the way to the parking lot. |
